Our contribution to the Right to Repair

Helping technicians repair, not replace.

The Right to Repair rests on one simple idea: when a product breaks, people should be able to get it fixed instead of being pushed to buy a new one. In India, the Department of Consumer Affairs launched a Right to Repair portal in 2022 to share repair information with consumers.

Information alone does not fix a device. Technicians also need affordable tools and the skills to use them. That is the part EDIO works on.
