Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers orders for SmartClone and other EDIO products bought from Ediode Electronics Private Limited on this website.

• Cancellation: you can cancel an order within 2 days of placing it, as long as it has not yet been handed to the courier. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
• Damaged or defective products: if your product arrives damaged or defective, tell our customer support within 2 days of receiving it. We will check the product and, if the problem is confirmed, arrange a replacement or a refund.
• Not as described: if the product you receive is not as shown on the website, tell our customer support within 2 days of receiving it. We will look into your complaint and decide on an appropriate replacement or refund.
• Refunds: approved refunds are processed within 2 days and paid back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more working days to show the credit.
