In 2023, brothers Prasanth and Suresh Velusamy started EDIO with a shared vision to transform electronics repair. Witnessing technicians struggle with complex repairs and scattered knowledge, we decided to build the tools we wished existed. What began with hardware innovation is now evolving into SmartClone, RepairTech AI, and intelligent repair solutions for the future.

At EDIO, we don’t just assemble or rebrand existing solutions — we build from the ground up.

Our engineering journey starts with real problems faced by electronics repair technicians and turns them into practical, affordable hardware and software solutions. From circuit design, embedded systems and firmware to product architecture, testing and field validation, we develop our technology in-house, continuously improving it through real-world repair experience.

This hands-on approach gives us the freedom to innovate faster and build products specifically for the repair ecosystem.
