Sridhar Vembu, Chief Scientist and Co-founder of Zoho, has become the first owner of SmartClone, purchasing the product himself after the EDIO team demonstrated it to him.
EDIO was invited to meet Vembu, and the team presented SmartClone along with its vision of giving every repair technician access to advanced technology. Vembu discussed the product’s technical feasibility, shared his insights and encouraged the team to keep building for long-term impact.
According to EDIO, he also shared the product with the Zoho team and expressed interest in visiting EDIO’s office and attending one of its upcoming events.

Velusamy thanked the company’s mentor, Mr. Venkatesan, for making the meeting possible, and credited the EDIO team’s hard work for the milestone.
